enb consulting provide employee training programs and profiling tools for many of  the top global and investment banks (measured by market capitalisation – for contractual and legal reasons we are unable to identify clients by name). The innovative web based solutions we developed for them improved their positioning against their competitions and helped lead towards them recently being bought by Moody’s Analytics who provide statistical reporting and tools for more than 2,000 leading commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, money management firms and corporations in over 80 countries, including most of the 100 largest financial institutions in the world. Moody’s are now using enb’s web based testing, profiling and reporting solutions to provide services for their clients.

enb already had a web site design provided by their print design agency which they needed to interpreted for web. Krome helped advise on how best to implement that design for web and optimise its content for the search engines.

Following the success of their corporate web site build Krome helped them to implement their employee testing and profiling applications online. Our development team visited enb on numerous occasions advising on how best to implement their Passport™ courses via a web based GUI and on innovative methods for displaying employee reports including the Flash based Dimensions™ 3D profiling tools. Please note the dimensions web site is used in a course based environment and not usually as a stand alone web site, instruction on its use and functionality is given during the course.

Employee reports are now available via an online automated system which also automatically produces web optimised and print ready PDF reports on individual employees  for their clients. We have included several sample PDF reports produced by the Dimensions™ and Aspects™ testing and reporting applications with our RFI response.

In addition to the web based applications we also delivered a bespoke CMS which allows enb to create new training courses for current and new clients and set up branded client micro training web sites.

We are currently undergoing a re-branding exercise to move these tools to the Moody’s brand following their purchase of enb.

Having spent a significant amount of time over the last week or two using Passport 2 application, I wanted to say a huge “thank you” for making it the incredibly impressive and efficient system that it now is.

I have used it to:

  • write and edit questions
  • build and edit tests
  • allocate tests
  • review results
  • manage participant logins
  • monitor progress of an individual
  • manage the security of a client site

I have to say that all of these tasks have been made much easier in Passport 2.

Thank you too for making Passport and our Client websites work as one in terms of appearance and security, the management of which is now incredibly straightforward and far quicker than the  approach we were forced to take before.

We have already used the new Passport system extensively, with course participants from all over the Asia-Pacific taking tests with no reports of technical difficulties.

I know that there is still work to be done, but our clients are now using a very professional training tool, and one ENB can be very proud of thanks to you.  What’s more, behind the scenes it feels very professional too.
